The Bloody Sword

When we started recording "The Bloody Sword", Oliver explained that he wanted it to sound completely different from anything else we had ever recorded. Although we've done our share of experimental recording in the past, we had to really think outside the box and stretch the limit of our imaginations as well as our surroundings. Between banging on the support beams in my basement with a metal pipe to recording drums and guitar through the vent in my bathroom, my house has always added great character to many of our recordings. "The Bloody Sword" is no exception. We even tried capturing the sounds outside my house which I think really confused my neighbor.

Anyway, I really hope you enjoy this months track. I know we enjoyed recording it!
